CATIONIC BITUMEN EMULSION
​Cationic emulsion bitumen is a versatile asphalt binder used in road construction. This emulsion is positively charged, allowing it to bond well with negatively charged aggregates. It offers excellent workability, making it ideal for various pavement applications. Cationic emulsion bitumen enhances road durability and performance, even in adverse weather conditions.

Description
Emulsified asphalt has been used for road development and waterproofing for many years. As a road material it finds application as a slurry seal for the surface layer, pot hole repair and as a bonding coat for subsequent layers.
We manufacture three different grades of Emulsions

1) Slow Setting (SS-1 & SS-2)

3) Rapid Setting (RS-1 & RS-2)

APPLICATIONS
-
Rapid Setting (RS): Used in surface dressing, tack coat and patch repair work.

Medium Setting (MS): Used in pre mix with less quantity of fine aggregates and pothole repair works.

Slow Setting (SS): Used in Priming base course, premix with appreciable quantity of fine aggregates such as slurry seal and fog seal.
