ROAD GRIP PATCH FIX  is a ready mix product to permanently repair potholes, utility cuts, overlays and edge repairs and is a blend of high quality mineral aggregates and bio oil based cutback bitumen produced in “State of Art” plant under controlled conditions. This product gives excellent results not only in summer heat, bitter cold and wet conditions, it even works in water.

 

ROADGRIP PATCH FIX is more popular and easy-to-use product due to its ability to absorb on to a wider range of surfaces and mineral aggregates ensuring the long life of all types of bituminous pavements



This is a bituminous ready mix to instantly repair the potholes, which provides a long lasting solution to potholes and depressions on the roads. Road Grip Patch master is a cold applied solution which consists of aggregates of 10mm and lower sizes. These graded aggregates ensure optimal aggregate interlock after placement and hence, possess good resistance to deformation under traffic.

 

It eliminates the need for plant and machinery at site, utilizes minimum unskilled labor. Post repair, roads can be reopened to heavy traffic immediately.
It Offers no sticking/picking-up of material by vehicle tyres or water which leads to increased service life of the potholes with very little or no raveling, bleeding or depression.


Available in 25 Kg and 50 Kg bags.

  1. Aggregates (IS:2386, Part-1)

    1. Least Absorptive

    2. Angular Shaped

    3. Clean passing through 9.5mm sieve

  2. Bituminous Binder (IS:217)

    1. High Performance medium curing cut-back bitumen

  3. Anti Stripping Agent

 

Applications and facts:
 

  1. ROADGRIP Patch Fix is available in one standard grade for repair of potholes with minimum 10 mm depth

  2. Minimum shelf life of 3 months in bags. For partly used bags, it can be tightly sealed for future use

  3. ROADGRIP Patch Fix is formulated to withstand heavy and continuous traffic impact from moment of repair for many years (test areas have been monitored in excess of 2 years so far in extreme traffic and climatic conditions without deterioration)

  4. ROADGRIP Patch Fix has great adhesion, very minimum post compaction deformation, has no liquid / aggregate separation and remains flexible throughout quiring time that depends on traffic, temperature etc.

  5. ROADGRIP Patch Fix coverage – approximately 1 sq. mtr. X 20 mm per 25 kg Bag.

  6. Density ROADGRIP Patch Fix is approx. 2000 kg/M3
